All transactions for Scene Cut licenses are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, VAT collection, invoicing, and refunds.

Software License

A Scene Cut license grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on any number of machines you personally own. The license includes all updates within the current major version.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software.

Privacy

This website does not use cookies or third-party tracking. No personal data is collected through the website itself.

The Scene Cut application runs entirely on your machine. No usage data, subtitle content, or project files are transmitted to our servers. AI features connect directly to the provider you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) — Scene Cut never acts as intermediary for these requests.

Purchase data (email, name, transaction details) is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy under their own Privacy Policy.
